Bill Clinton is a PUMA!?

28 Jun

Bill Clinton attended the Nelson Mandela 90th birthday celebration in London this past week, missing the Unity for Change event. Suspicious minds might read something in his lack of attendance, but really, it was all just good manners.

You see, Bill had already RSVPed for the birthday party. It would have been rude to cancel at the last minute.

Those pesky London papers just don’t seem to understand American etiquette. The UK Telegraph wrote an article – “Bill Clinton says Barack Obama must ‘kiss my ass’ for his support” – declaring Bill is still mad about all this silly Obama nonsense!

It’s really just a simple misunderstanding. You see, it appears Bill didn’t get the memo on what an honor it is to be smeared by The One. The Obama camp emailed it to Bill, along with a memo on TPS report cover sheets, and it got caught in his spam filter by accident. Don’t you just hate it when that happens!?

OK, all snark aside. I’m thrilled to hear Bill is angry. He should be.

The Obama campaign trashed Bill Clinton’s legacy. They had the audacity to call him a racist. Bill Clinton-the man dubbed the ‘First Black President’, who appointed/hired more AAs to his administration than anyone before him- a racist!? Never.

Bill should be mad. Every democrat who enjoyed peace and prosperity during Bill Clinton’s two time presidency should be mad too. How dare the Obama campaign malign him. Worse still, how dare the Dem leaders including Dean, Pelosi, Reid, and Kerry allow it to happen.

Here’s a quote from the ‘Bill-is-bitter’ article in the UK Telegraph:

“He’s been angry for a while. But everyone thought he would get over it. He hasn’t. I’ve spoken to a couple of people who he’s been in contact with and he is mad as hell.”

So, Bill won’t kiss Obama’s ring? Good. Bill Clinton is a legend:

  • he left office with an approval rating of 65%, the highest end of office rating of any President since WWII
  • at the end of his term, Bill Clinton left the country with a surplus – something we can only dream about now
  • he has dedicated himself to promote and address international causes like treatment and prevention of HIV/AIDS in Africa
  • he has worked with former Pres. Bush Sr. to raise money on behalf of disaster victims
  • he has been an amazing goodwill representative for the US.

Bill Clinton has accomplished a great deal despite starting with very little. He does not need to fall in line with Obama. He’s bigger than Obama could ever hope to be.

Bill, here’s a new memo. It’s from PUMA. It reads:

Just say no deal. If you never ‘get over it‘ that’s OK with us. We’re all mad as hell and not over it either. Welcome to the PUMA movement. This is our theme song…

Dear Bloggers how would you act if someone called you a racist? Get a clue man. Clinton saved this country in the 1990’s. Our country is in the pits and you want to belittle this guy? He still is the BEST president we ever had. Stop drinking the OBAMA cool-aid. The Obama campaign called this great and former president a racist. That is unbelievable!!!

Hillary supporter, woman voting NO to Obama cult club.

GO PUMA Supporters (party unity my ass)!!!

    Way to go Mary!

To all you KoolAid drinking supporters of the empty suit nominee- we PUMAs are NOT getting over it.

We’re going to “cling to our bitterness” for the long haul.

    NoObama in 2008.

Amen! I’d like to know where Obama would be without Clinton and his progress in the 1990’s. How dare a “potential” Democratic nominee say the best President in the last couple of decades was Ronald Reagan. Are you kidding me!!! The same Reagan who sold arms with Iran, the same man who cut my student loans while in college, the same man who believed in voo-doo economics.

This is Obama’s ideal for president??? Genius, Democrat = HELL NO!!!

Are these all 20 year olds voting or what? NO one remembers how bad it was to get a job in the late 1980’s?

Obama is nothing but an EMPTY suit. He and his wife have no class. They have never once said they LOVE THIS COUNTRY. Ask yourself, shouldn’t the next president be able to say at least that???? No wonder people question if he truly is an American. He creates his own speculation about his patriotism. My dog even likes this country.

Obama has no substance. It is like listening to a thesaurus talking out loud. Where is the BEEF?

He will lead this country without a clue. Recall he said oops more than 6 times in the state senate. He had to say oops I pressed the wrong button when I voted. That on top of voting ONLY present more than 100 times.

Hey if you want to be president you better damn well be able to make a fricken decision pal. There is no oops or present votes in WDC.

This is the most orchestrated pile of crap I have seen in a long time. Howard Dean better take notice, this Democrat is never voting for Obama. Pack you bags folks, this is going to be a long trip before November. We’re in for a ride. PUMAS are damn well mad that Dean is trying to hijack the democratic party to before Marxist radicals.

For the history gurus out there, recall Hitler’s whole campaign was about CHANGE. So I ask, what change are we talking about. I choose to be center — not left off the edge of reason.

PUMAS united. Voting “write in” HIllary Clinton.

I can’t understand why Dean, Pelosi, Kerry, Kennedy…any of the democratic leadership would support this guy. He lacks experience, judgement, everything you need to lead. Sure, Obama can speak well and the college kids really seem to like him, but that’s not enough to be President.

So now, when, as Obama thinks, he doesn’t need more delegates to be a nominee, he says that the MI & FL delegations should be seated in full and with full voting rights. So he acknowledges that the popular vote is clearly on Hillary’s side – better later than never.

It’s easy to tell now why is this rush – the polls show clearly that Florida is leaning towards McCain more and more, and Michigan is again a on a table. And in this heat I believe Clinton should use the situation without much hesitation and urge for a roll call during the convention. Let’s see who will get more delegates at the finish.

You are all just bitter. Get a life

Miss Tee, I can’t speak for everyone here, but I can say that I have a great life and I’m not bitter. I’m just unconvinced that Obama is the best option. He’s too inexperienced and I have yet to hear any specifics beyond ‘hopey/changey’ generalizations. I want a strong, smart, tenacious leader in the White House. Obama is just hype. I want substance.

I believe he’ll lose in Nov. and that’s a tragedy, because Hillary could win (as the polls prove time and time again when she is matched up against McCain) and she would do a great job.
